Making It Easy Contest The official contest terms and conditions 1. To enter and qualify, starting on April 9, 2010, until 24:00 EST on September 30, 2010, go to www.esbe.com, complete the entry form in its entirety, confirm compliance with the contest rules by checking the appropriate box. All entries must be complete in their entirety and must include all requested information in order to be valid. You must correctly answer a skill-testing question to win the prize. 2. There is no purchase necessary to participate in the ESBE Scientific Making It Easy Contest (the "Offer"). Limit one submitted entry per person, email address, or household address for the Contest duration. 3. There will be one (1) prize awarded consisting of a SANYO Eneloop Bike. 4. The Offer is subject to change without notice; void where prohibited by law or company policy. ESBE Scientific may require that applicants certify that acceptance of the prize will not violate the winners' company policies. 5. The Offer is only available to legal residents of Canada who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age at time of entry. Winner must claim prize within 2 weeks or the prize will be forfeited. Winner grants to ESBE Scientific the right to use his/her name and biographical information in advertising and promotion without compensation or permission.
